Case Study — Local Discovery
Deltanoid managed this client's Google Business Profile, Google Ads, website and reputation operations. Figures below are platform-reported unless marked client-reported; profile views and conversions are not bookings or guests.

THE CHALLENGE
When we first spoke to Nirantara, their Google Business Profile was unclaimed. Their website was built on a template and had no direct booking capability. Weekday occupancy sat at 30–40% while weekends filled without any marketing effort — a pattern common in resort properties.
Most bookings came through MakeMyTrip and Booking.com, with commissions eating 20–25% of room revenue. The team knew they needed to build a direct booking channel but didn't know where to start. Their GBP had a handful of photos, no weekly posts, and an average rating that hadn't been managed in months.
THE STRATEGY
We agreed on a clear priority: reduce OTA dependency by building a direct booking engine. That meant GBP had to become the best in the area, the website needed a conversion-first rebuild, and Google Ads would capture the high-intent search traffic that OTAs were currently intercepting.
Reputation was the third pillar. Every booking that came through direct or organic channels had to be converted into a review — automatically, without staff effort. A post-stay WhatsApp trigger 24 hours after checkout, linking directly to the Google review page.

A conversion here is a platform-recorded action in Google Ads — not a confirmed booking.

ATTRIBUTION
Profile views, discoveries, calls and direction requests are recorded by Google Business Profile Insights for the profile Deltanoid managed — GBP measures activity, not its causes, and discovery growth also reflects seasonality and travel demand. Conversion figures are attributed by Google Ads to the campaigns we ran. Weekday booking change is reported by the client's team.
Ratings are driven by guest experience; our role was the review-request system and response operations. Results of this kind are also shaped by factors outside any agency's control — seasonality, OTA dynamics, pricing, and the property itself among them. No figure on this page is a projection or guarantee for another business.
