Deltanoid provides digital marketing services including website development, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, GBP management, social media management, CRM setup, and related services as described in individual service agreements.
Invoices due within 7 days of issue. Retainers billed monthly in advance. One-time projects require 50% advance payment. Ad budgets (Google, Meta) are paid directly by the client to those platforms — never through Deltanoid.
All creative assets produced by Deltanoid for client accounts (ad copy, website copy, social content) remain Deltanoid's property until full payment is received, after which they transfer to the client.
Deltanoid does not guarantee specific results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, budget, and product quality. Our liability is limited to the value of services paid in the preceding month.
Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to terminate. One-time projects may not be cancelled once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bangalore courts.
