50% advance payment is non-refundable once work commences. The remaining 50% is due on completion. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
30-day written notice required to terminate. The current billing month is non-refundable. No partial refunds for mid-month termination.
AMC is non-refundable for the first 6 months. After 6 months, a pro-rata refund is available for unused months.
Ad budgets paid directly to Google or Meta are subject to those platforms' own refund policies. Deltanoid cannot refund ad budgets on your behalf.
To request a refund, email admin@deltanoid.in with your invoice number and reason. We'll respond within 5 business days.
